Noelle is the Sustainability Specialist in the city of Roseville. She helps the city reduce their environmental impact and become more sustainable in their practices. One of Noelle’s key initiatives is the Green to Go program. This city-wide ordinance targets restaurants and businesses, encouraging them to adopt practices that minimize single-use plastics and promote waste reduction.
