Kevin Scheilf started his work in the restaurant industry at a young age. Starting as a dishwasher to opening his own restaurant in Roseville, Minnesota. 

After graduating college Scheilf began working with Bob Gillen. After a few years, Scheilf and Gillen opened their own restaurant. 

Chianti Grill was built in 2011 and has been operating since. We had the opportunity to sit down with Scheilf to talk about the restaurant on our show, Darian’s Out to Lunch. 

Chianti Grill

Cianti Grill is an Italian restaurant with a wide range of seafood, pasta and steak. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, much like a high-end restaurant that you would see in Italy. 

Chianti Grill has a variety of options for people with food allergies as well. The gluten-free menu has become more popular and they make sure to take special care of those who are gluten-free. 

The restaurant keeps its gluten-free utensils away from the other foods so there is no cross-contamination. 

If customers want to try out Chianti Grill from the comfort of their own home, they order on the website for pickup or delivery through DoorDash.
