On her last episode of Darian’s Out To Lunch, Darian stopped at El Sombrero in Roseville to chat with the manager and try out some food.
Elizabeth is a manager for both the Roseville and Little Canada locations of El Sombrero. Elizabeth has been friends with the owner, Joaquin, for years and he brought Elizabeth onto the team when he first opened the restaurant.
The Roseville location opened in April 2021, but the Little Canada location opened in 2016.
Elizabeth describes the restaurant as a family-style restaurant. The authentic Mexican decorations help provide a sense of comfort and familiarity within the restaurant.
Some of El Sombrero’s most popular items on the menu include guacamole, fajitas and seafood.
