Imagine a giant circle around Earth, halfway between the equator and the North Pole. This circle, called the 45th parallel north, stretches across continents and oceans. It even passes through Roseville, Minnesota, near the intersection of Cleveland and Roselawn Avenues, marked by a special marker.
