Falcon Heights Church – United Church of Christ.

The loudspeakers atop the church at Garden Avenue and Holton Street — added a small town feel to those who hear it. Mainly, residents living or passing through Falcon height’s north side.

But recently the carillon system went down for four months when a power surge hit the church. Church members, like Bob Olsen, helped to make the system ‘sing’ again for residents including the popular song ‘Morning Has Broken’. They started playing that song in 2018 mainly because it was one of the hymns that came with the new unit.
