KGSK Save Our Lakes Initiative on Kohlman, Gervais, Spoon and Keller Lakes in Ramsey County aimed at improving the aquatic plant balance and reducing the aquatic plant volume on those lakes, thereby improving them ecologically and recreationally, and using the Civic Governance policy making discipline to accomplish those goals.
