The Ramsey County Emergency Communications Center is constantly looking to develop initiatives that foster a great relationship between emergency response and the community. One such initiative is the creation of a “Community Voices” advisory board that would be targeted at working with diverse peoples to best understand how emergency response can be most effectively utilized in their communities.
