We learned about the Roseville Fire Department cadet program which is a place to recruit new and diverse talent to the profession. Paige Schultz, Alissa Rousso, Oursam Ali have been hired as fire cadets, a hands-on training initiative launched in 2021. Cadets in both Roseville Fire and Police Departments are paid, part-time positions that can lead to full-time job offers. Oursam Ali was recently hired as a firefighter after graduating from the program.
