Hear from Kim O’Brien, Executive Director of the Rice and Larpenteur Alliance. The Rice & Larpenteur Alliance (RLA) is a unique collaboration of the Cities of Maplewood, Roseville, St Paul, and Ramsey County, along with local businesses, area residents, and vested partners. It’s goal is to help draw attention and resources to a densely populated area that had historically lacked consistent investment and support. Kim O’Brien, Executive Director, will present on this very diverse and unique community, the history on the multi-jurisdictional collaboration that makes up the Alliance, and provide a status update on what’s happening now with the RLA’s public-private partnership.
