Roseville Area Schools offers breakfast and lunch at no cost to all students. The Free School Meals Bill, allows one complete breakfast and lunch each school day for each student at no cost. We meet Angela Richey Nutrition Services Supervisor for Roseville & St. Anthony/New Brighton Schools and learn how this year has been.
